SAN GERMAN
Called "La Ciudad de las Lomas", San Germán was the
 second city founded by the Spanish in Puerto Rico.
 The original village was founded in 1511, but it was raided
 by the French in 1528; the fleeing residents
established a new settlement in the nearby hills.
